Next day delivery is available for items we stock in our warehouse.  All items that qualify for next day delivery are clearly advertised as being available for next day delivery on our product description page.

Next day delivery is available to delivery addresses within zone 1 and 2 areas only, and is not available in any other zones.

To qualify for next day delivery in the available delivery zones, orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday.  Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered on the following Monday.  Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday through to Monday before 2pm, will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

At the time of checkout, all products in your shopping basket must be eligible for next day delivery; this is clearly advertised within our checkout page.  You must also select the shipping method as "Next Day Delivery" rather than our "Standard Delivery", a surcharge will apply for this service.

Our courier company offer an all day delivery service. Therefore your items will be delivered to you between the hours of 8am and 8pm. The courier often cannot give an exact time slot. You can track your parcel online by following the details in your tracking email or text. 

You will receive these details from the courier once your goods have been dispatched from us, from here you will be able to find out your parcels exact location.

98% of parcels processed for next day delivery arrive the following day. However, we are unable to 100% guarantee next day delivery on all of our parcels as we rely heavily on our couriers to meet your request.

If your order does not arrive the next day, please contact our customer service team where they will investigate your order and look to reimburse you for the next day delivery surcharge should this be applicable.

We have several free car parking spaces allocated to the front of the building.

Q: Where do I go once I arrive?
Once you have arrived, you will be greeted by security who will guide you where to park and point you towards the main reception for the building. From here, one of our team will look meet you at reception, and take you into the collection area. Please be patient as our team may be serving other customers. 

Q: Can I view and check my purchase at time of collection?
We will check the item with you to ensure you are totally satisfied with your purchase before helping you to your car. 

Q: What if I don't like the item I have purchased?
